Shipping Cost
Shipping is FREE on every order — no minimum purchase, no hidden fees. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Shipping Region
We currently ship to United States addresses only (including all 50 states). For PO Box or APO/FPO addresses, please contact us before ordering to confirm deliverability. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6–9 business days.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Tracking typically activates within 24 hours of shipment.
- You can also look up your order anytime at our Track Your Order page.
Delays
Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume are occasionally outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still cannot be found within 3 days, email us at help@drink500.com — we will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us immediately — we can correct addresses only before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always try to help.
